ATTENTION:What do 1,300,000+ Happy Customers Know That You Don't Yet?
"Don't Even Think About Buying a Home
Warranty Until You Read This!"

Dear Homeowner,

I've been asked to give my detailed opinion on buying a home warranty.

... and what I'm about to tell you may be SHOCKING!

There is a 60% chance that a major system or appliance in your home will fail in the next year which may cost you hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars to repair.

Millions of homeowners are needlessly spending thousands of dollars on home and appliance repairs - whereas many home warranty companies claim to save their customers money.

But ...

Is a Home Warranty really worth the money?

Well, unless you're interested in hunting around for spare parts or willing to put up with the hassles of trying to find the right repairman for the job -- getting repair quotes and then making sure the repairman fixed the problem correctly -- then, YES, I'd say a home warranty is definitely worth it.

That is ...

... if you choose the right company.

Fortunately, most home warranty companies offer very affordable programs (surprisingly more affordable than I had once thought!).

... and, depending on the company, you can customize the coverage that works for you (so that you're not paying for pool coverage (for example) if you don't own one).

That's what makes this coverage so
reasonable and affordable.

When you think of the complexities of most modern appliances, it's almost a no-brainer to get home warranty protection, but, what if the home warranty provider cannot fix the problem?

If you've got a good home warranty company - they'll most likely replace the appliance for you as part of your contract.

Sounds pretty good, right?

... and, the best part is that it doesn't matter how hold your home or systems are ... most home warranty companies have a program that will cover you!

Home warranty coverage is rather comprehensive (depending on your provider and contract) - you can get coverage for:

Generally speaking, here's how it works:

Step #1:Get a free home warranty quote - and, if it matches your expectations, purchase and register your home warranty.

Step #2:Request service (either online (if available) and/or by phone) if a covered item fails, breaksdown or needs repair.

With the costs of repairs increasing, there's really no better time than now to get a free quote.

Step #3:The home warranty company will put you in contact with a pre-approved contractor

Step #4:The contractor will diagnose the problem and determine if the problem can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced and work to fix the problem to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

Step #5:A good home warranty company will then follow up with you and make sure that you're happy with the repair and that you're happy with the service provided to you.

So, with so many home warranty companies out there, which one's are the best?

Here's what I looked for in a home warranty company:

1.The home warranty company must have many years of experience

2.There must be thousands of contractors in the home warranty service network - and local home warranty contractors must be readily available.

3.The company must have a proven-record with a history of satisfied customers.

4.The company must be available to take calls 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Upon doing my review, I found three home warranty companies that seem to fit the bill.
